Looking for tips on Parenting in a Tech World?
Join us for this free event open to all WBMS parents as well as other community members.
If you are struggling with smartphones, social media, and your kids -- you're not alone and we have an expert coming to help us! Titania Jordan, co-author of Parenting in a Tech World and Chief Parent Officer at Bark Technologies, will be on campus on Thursday, March 16 at 6:30 p.m. to cover dangerous apps, alarming trends, what you really need to know, and what you can actually do about all of this.
Note: This presentation will discuss mature themes surrounding the toughest issues facing children online today and is not suitable for younger children.
We encourage you to join us in person, in the gym, to get the most out of this presentation. We will also have a live stream available, via Teams, for those who may not be able to join in person or need to stay back with the kids!
In-person attendees will come away with valuable free resources like family tech checklists, and she will be bringing giveaways that include copies of her book, lifetime memberships to Bark parental controls, and more.
This event is not limited to the Webb Bridge Middle School parent community. If you have kids in elementary or high school, we encourage you to join us, too.
Please let us know you are coming.
