What is the mini-grant program?
The Webb Bridge Middle School PTA sets aside money each year to fund items that the school cannot cover in their typical budget. Our goal is to provide funds for projects that enhance the curriculum and improve student learning and achievement. We try to benefit as many teachers and students as possible; therefore, encourage multiple smaller academic projects.
Requirements for applying:
1. All teachers in the submitting Department must be members of the PTA.
2. Applicant must complete this form application and submit it to the PTA by September 30, 2025.
3. Applications must be submitted by WBMS staff and will be approved by Department chairs and School principal.
Project Criteria:
1. Projects should be innovative, creative, and stimulating to the students and the staff.
2. Projects should support and expand upon the subject area curriculum.
3. Projects should be REPLICABLE so they can be done again in future years and across departments.
4. Projects should NOT be covered by existing funds.
5. Projects must align with the goals in the school-based WBMS Strategic Plan.
6. Project must fall in the category of educational manipulatives. (NO OFFICE SUPPLIES WILL BE FUNDED.)
PTA contact & due dates:
Applications are due on September 30, 2026. Decisions will be made within a few weeks and funds will be available soon after, so that students may receive the benefits as soon as possible.
